Local leadership from the United Way of Dodge County, The Gathering Source, the Getting-to-Work coalition, and the UW Population Health Institute organized an assessment of community needs in Dodge County with special emphasis on collecting input from ALICE households. This comprehensive report captures the data analysis, key findings and conclusions of this important work with emphasis on community need priorities and barriers that prevent willing adults from taking a job in Dodge County.  Published in April 2020.
